For centuries, the behavioral sciences have pursued a single grand challenge: predict how individuals think, feel, and behave. This northstar has guided the field since its beginning. It is now within reach.

We are building the world's first research lab, at the intersection of deep learning and social psychology, dedicated to solving the "n=1" problem through the lens of individualized simulation. Our mission is to unify disparate persona prediction paradigms, ranging from psychometrics to behavioral economics, into a single and dynamic latent space. By integrating multimodal sources with the latest advances in generative agent architectures, we are engineering digital twins that move beyond parroting output, to simulating the underlying and dynamic mental architecture of specific humans.

Our core thesis is that the mind is a complex, non-linear system that can be compressed into AI architectures with minimal loss to the idiosyncrasies that define individual humans.

Human simulation is our mission, our name, and our entire research agenda. Our team, methodology, and business model are all aligned to achieve it.

Our first product, Workcast, allows enterprise leaders to forecast employee psychology with high fidelity.

We are building a small team of scientists and engineers dedicated to solving individual human simulation and nothing else.

If that is you, come do your life's work at the intersection of social psychology and deep learning.

Now is the time. Join us.
